Partner Bloggggg Dx 5-6-11

     So today we are blogging on our partners... -_- We have to give what we think should be their grades and our own...this should be fun! ^_^

     To start this off I would like to say what Garrett has done..........*time passes while thinking* *been about a hour* *another hour* OH WAIT... no... *still thinking* naw im just kidding... garrett did work on level one but he "lost the game" *cough cough* But other than that he has did N-O-T-H-I-N-G!!!!! -_- *smh*

    Well after reading that you could probably conclude that I have done everything on my game! From the loading to the winning scene. I have did all the actions... I have gotten some helop from the following people:
Stephen Kaitlyn Kilie Breanna and Angel (and none being GARRETT!!!! -_-)

     I would give garrett a 25% for staying out of my face :) (and thats being nice ^_^) I would give my self about a 98% (becasue I got some help from people :).....)



p.s. I LOVE SCOTTY McCREERY!! he is gonna win!!! :D and im going to marry him <3

What We need finished... april 15th

Well it is coming to a close...(the school year.) I am working on level 1 and that is all we lack! We had it done but someone lost it... *cough garrett cough.*
But I should be able to get it done. Then I just need to combine them... And then we are done!!!!!!
I think that our game is gonna be very good!!!! Thanks...

Peer Evaluations 4-1-11

     So yesterday we did another round of "peer evaluation's" ughhh. Well I am here to tell you about what people wrote about them...

    some of the good things people wrote about was our progress!!! Before we didn't have alot done with my level (the one that we used was my level (lvel 4 lol)) but this time it was compleated and everyone was like "that has a good math concept," or something around those lines. I have all of my buttons working to and I now have my finish line compleated with the hittest; now I just have to get my hittest working on my level 2, and hope that garrett gets his levels done.

What should have been done but probably hasn't ;)

          Well wednesday we had to make a goal of what we wanted to have done by today... Well mine was that I wanted to have level 4 done... Well its not done :(... When I made taht I had forgot a couple of things.... One that when you hit one and go back to the scene and the hurdel will disaper. Well fro this you would have to make nemourous scenes... incase you pick either hurdel 1,2,3,or 4.... and then u could say pick teh combonation of 1,4,2,3 or 3,1,4,2 or 2,3,1,4 so you would have to make the scence and take alot of roots.... I would like to have it compleated in a week or so.... I thouhght that I could have had it done but forgetting that I had to make sooooo man ways for taht to work.... But on the bright side

*drum roll*

I got my hittests workign and the buttons working!!! omg I'm soooo happy!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

Pros and Cons 2-25-11

      So today I have to mane off 3 things that are good about my game, and hows its coming along... Yeah. I also have to name a thing thats going wrong with the game... Alright well here we go...

     My first BIG accomplish this year in our game has happened in the past few weeks....... believe it or not I have gotten Garrett to work! He is workign very well... and not complaining!!!!! :)

      Also I'm getting SOOOOOOO much better at flash... I'm gettign things to move and everything... Ok Stephen helped me get them started moving but i can get them going different ways and change speeds!

      Another thing thats going good is how far along we are with the scenes... We have alot of them made up (drawn) we have all of the levels except level 3... Garrett is supposed to draw that scene... I have been coming up with questoins and everything so when u hit the object or what ever.. you go to the question and you answer it.. if you answer it wrong then you go back but if you answer it right you advance.... blah blah blah you get it lol.

      As for what is going wrong... one word... HITtest! (well im not sure if that is 1 or 2 words lol)..... no matter whatI do i can NOT get my hittests to work :/.......... That is really only my major problem as of right now... Well that is untill garret decides he doesnt wanna work.... but I highy doupt that will happen (muahahahah J/K.)

No Quiz For Me... 2-18-10

Well after demo's I realized that our game was to much of a quiz game and had to redo it. We have still kept with the idea and how we are doign it, it's just that we are re-aranging the levels.

We have started out with level 4 and level one. I am working on level 4. I finally have Garrett doing something for once. In level 1 instead of having the monster truck to race to the answer, we have it to where it will run over a car, and then that wll take it to the question. If they answer the question right, they go back to the screen, and that car they hit is gone. But if they get it wrong they have to start the screen over. Even if they are on their last car to hit, they get it wrong they start taht level over.

On level 4, we are going to have our track guy to jump over hurdels. Whey they jump over hurdels they have to answer a question, kinda like the same thing as level one but after you get the last one you have to go to the finish line and win.

We are having some trubles. They are the hittests, garrett is not sure about how to do that and neither am I, but we do get some help and our friends don't mind helping us. That is really the only problem we are having hnow. See when we try to get somthing to hit it it wont go to a new screen.

Well taht is what all we are doing so far to get away from a quiz game. That is also all the problems we are face as of right now. Thank you for reading =D

Progress after game demos :D

     So after game demos I have been trying to steer away from a quiz game. Also I have been trying to get ther hang of hit test and all of that stuff. I am also struggleing to get garrett to work.

     I have been redisigning all of our levels so u have to hit a surtain thing or run over something. And when they do it takes them to a question. and after 4 levels of about 3-5 questions on each, if you get them right, you will win!

     I still don't quite get hit tests alot. I am going to try to learn drag and drop and things like that and add them into my game

     Garrett, garrett, garrett... He doesn't do ANYTHING!!! He was in globoloria last year and should who how to do all this stuff... but instead he decides to sit back and play games. Ok maby at the beginina og the year he worked on level one but making the truck move but that is all he has did. I am deteminded to get him to work, if it kills me!!!!!!!!

      Ohh p.s. sorry that it is late like I said it would not publish or save or anything and I'm hoping that it will now!
